FAQ and Other Information


1. Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment, I'm only accepting US/CA orders. I'm looking into shipping worldwide so, please be patient with me as I figure it out. Once I'm ready for that, I'll make an announcement. 

2. How long will it take for me to receive my package?

Order processing can take 2 to 7 days since most of my products are made after the order is received. Once your order is done being processed, you'll receive a separate email with your shipping information. US mailing couriers are also slowing down because Postal Service has made changes to its service standards meaning packages are taking longer to be delivered and may be delivered later than the expected date.

3. I haven't gotten my package yet. What can I do?

Once your order has shipped that means it has left my hands. It is considered your property now. If you feel like your order has been lost or has not moved in some time, you should contact the respective mail courier and file a dispute with them. I won't be able to issue refunds in the event that a courier service loses your package. 

4. I'm in Puerto Rico, do you have a pick up option?

Yes! I want to help people save money on shipping costs so you can order and pick up at one of the events I’ll be at as a vendor. Make sure to follow my social media accounts to keep up to date with event information. 
When placing your order online, make sure to add the event you will be picking up your order at in the special instructions box and use the discount code “EVENTPICKUPONLY” for free shipping. 


1. Can I return/exchange/cancel an order?

All orders placed are final sale due to the handmade nature of the products. I'm a one person team and it's not in my bandwidth to offer returns or exchanges at the moment. Please, do not email about returns or exchanges as I am strict on this policy.
